Terms of Service

After completion of booking with Jayanti Tour and Travels, a voucher will be sent through the email you provided confirming your booking.
Customers are expected to produce the voucher at the time of availing our services. Failing which, Jayanti Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking. Producing the voucher implies that you agree to all terms and conditions stated in the voucher.
Producing the booking voucher also implies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned.
After journey completion, the customer is expected to fill a Duty Slip, stating their experience with Jayanti Tour and Travels. It will also serve as proof of service. No complaints or disputes will be entertained without it. Drivers will drive as per local transport authority guidelines. Parking charges, tolls, state taxes, entry fees, etc. are to be paid by the customer and are not covered under discounts, coupons, or other offers.
Unless specified otherwise, all meter readings/distances/timings will be calculated to and from our vendorâ??s garage.
Distances mentioned on the website between two locations are approximate. Actual distances may vary depending on exact locations.
Car air-conditioners will not work on hilly routes or when the vehicle is not in motion. Customers should not request the driver to turn on the AC in these cases.
Any discounts are applicable only on the basic fare and not on extra charges like tolls, taxes, extra kilometers, driver allowance, parking, or night charges unless specified.
The vehicle booked is subject to availability. If unavailable, an equivalent vehicle from the same segment will be provided.
If a reserved cab model cannot operate due to road or natural conditions, Jayanti Tour and Travels will provide an upgraded model at an additional cost. If declined, a refund will be issued.
Airport/Railway Pick/Drop and local car rentals are valid only within city limits. Requests for travel beyond city limits may be denied without refund.
Customers must pay waiting charges if delayed beyond 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Customers are liable for additional charges for extra distance or hours and for any unscheduled changes during the trip.
Bookings are on a calendar day basis (midnight to midnight). For example, a booking on Jan 1 at 5 PM is valid until Jan 1 at 11:59 PM.
Outstation cabs (one way, round trip, or multicity) cannot be used for local travel. Any remaining distance can only be used for outstation travel.
One-way rentals include tolls, taxes, etc., for the vehicle's return trip. These return charges are slightly lower than the onward trip.
Customers can amend bookings (e.g., from one way to round trip) during travel by contacting support. Approval and payment of the difference are required.
The driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes from pickup time if the customer does not inform of any delay. After that, it is considered a no-show and the booking amount is forfeited.
All extra charges (driver allowance, tolls, extra kms/hours, night charges, etc.) must be borne by the customer as per the voucher.
For one-way outstation trips, customers pay for extra charges if the driver needs more distance or time for return, whichever is higher.
Transfers without specified distance coverage are for one-way transfers only (e.g., airport to hotel) and do not include multiple pickups or drops.
The total discount shown on the website is indicative. The exact discount depends on the service type.
Jayanti Tour and Travels is not responsible for delays or losses due to traffic or uncontrollable circumstances.
Jayanti Tour and Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death during service usage.
In case of driver misconduct, report immediately to support with your booking reference number.
Jayanti Tour and Travels is not accountable for losses due to force majeure events.
The maximum liability for loss/damage or valid refund claims shall not exceed the booking amount.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
User terms on the website also apply in addition to these terms.
If the assigned cab doesn't show up, Jayanti Tour and Travels will attempt to arrange another cab. If unsuccessful, a full refund will be processed within 7 days. Jayanti Tour and Travels is not liable for additional expenses like hotel or flight costs due to a no-show.
Customer-provided mobile number and email may be used for promotional communication. Data will not be sold and used only by Jayanti Tour and Travels.
If a reserved cab model is restricted by local cab associations, a full refund will be issued.
Jayanti Tour and Travels is not liable for transaction declines due to the cardholder exceeding preset limits agreed with the bank.
Only board a taxi with a valid taxi permit (Yellow Plate).
You agree to receive promotional, transactional, and commercial communications via email or SMS from Jayanti Tour and Travels.
The final rental amount, including any extra charges, is subject to applicable service tax.

Cancellation and Returns

If the customer cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 15% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
If the customer cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
Cancel of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.

Refunds

In case you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy given above,then the refund will be remitted back to you in 15-20 working days. In case of any issues, write tous atnaikjanam93@gmail.com or call us at +91-9696000999.

Special instructions

Driver & car details: These details will be sent to the customer by Jayanti Tour and Travels approximately before an hour from the pickup time by SMS and email. In some cases the driver or an associate of Jayanti Tour and Travels may also call in advance to reconfirm with the customer.

Non receipt of driver and car details: In such cases the customer needs to contact the support team at Jayanti Tour and Travels on +91-9696000999 and mention the booking reference number (CRN number).
Demand of money by the driver: The voucher provided to the customer clearly indicates the items including on his booking. Any amount over and above this both in terms for distance and duration and other items such as night charges, driver allowance, toll, taxes, state taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable parking charges etc which are not included in the booking amount have to be paid directly to the driver as mentioned below. In case of any dispute with the driver the customer should reach the support team of Jayanti Tour and Travels or call at our 24 X 7 customer support number +91-9696000999 and mention the booking reference number.
Payment of extra charges: Any extra charges applicable have to be paid to the directly in cash to the driver.
Refusal by the driver to deliver services: The customer to contact the support team at Jayanti Tour and Travels on +91-9696000999 and mention the booking reference number.
